Aliens: The comic book shop that drew a crowd of kids

BY MARK ROBINSON – Updated Mar 21, 2018 06:06:54A little over a decade ago, Marvel’s Alien comics were the stuff of legend.

Created by Steve Englehart and Joe Shuster, the original series brought together the worlds of space aliens, the spacefaring colonists of the “Scooby-Doo” franchise and a ragtag crew of adventurers in search of the elusive “alien” known as “The Blob.”

The series’ success led to a second comic series that followed, titled Aliens: Blob.

Now, after four years of continued development and a third installment, Alien Comics Near Me, Alien comics fans can finally get their hands on Alien Comics: Blobs, the third volume in the “alien comics” series.

And like the first volume, Alien comic fans are getting the chance to own the first and second volumes of the Alien comics series, along with two more books, Alien: Blomps and Alien: Aces.

The Alien comics bookstores have been operating at the same location for the past three years, but now that the new books are released, the store is going to be open at the very same location from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., as it was for Alien Comics Volume 1.

“This new location has always been our home,” said John W. Buehler, the owner of Alien Comics near Me.

“We were always looking for a location that was convenient for our customers to get there, so this will be a new location for us.”

Buehl said the new location is in a new part of the store, which is also new to him.

He said he and his wife, Linda, started looking at other locations in the area after they moved into their new home in 2017.

They were also looking at a store in a suburb of Chicago, and eventually found this location.

“We’re very excited about this, because it’s really close to our home and it’s also in a very good location,” said Buelly.

The store will have an “Alien Comics Near You” sign, but will not have a store logo.

“This is going in the same space as Alien Comics, so we’re going to keep it very similar,” he said.

Buehler said he is working with the store owners to get them a permit to open the new store.

“It’s a unique location for Alien comics,” he explained.

“When we started this store, we didn’t have any of the marketing equipment we need to sell Alien comics to the public, so it’s going to take us a while to get everything in place.”

The store is slated to open in April.
